A mouse that waves
If consumers will pay $600 for a cell phone, Logitech thinks they will certainly pay $150 for the MX Air Mouse. The flying mouse, which arrives in August, will let users point it anywhere and then move the onscreen cursor with movements in any direction.
The gesture controls remind you of the Nintendo Wii controller but it also has the qualities of a TV clicker.
The MX Air Mouse will work in any direction, even if you point it at the ground. Instead of a scroll wheel, it has a touch-sensitive control strip between the buttons.
The MX Air Mouse also comes with a docking station that will renew its rechargeable battery.
Surprise, the MX Air Mouse will also work off a desktop. It bears a slight resemblance to a whale.
